Cleanup An Old Dump Site (we have 3) People Needed: 2+     Level of Difficulty: 2

Task Description: There are 3 old dump sites here. One is an overgrown pile of glass, wood, plastic jugs, tin cans, metal junk, etc. It is close to the flight barn and an ugly little eyesore. We will be loading thie junk into a trailer for a trip to the landfill. The second is a medium sized 'over the hill' trash dump with a few heavier pieces. This stuff needs to be moved to the driveway where it can be piled into a trailer. The third is another 'over the hill' dump off the main road. The hill is steep here and it will take some ingenuity to move it up the slope to the road where we can load the trailer. This is the woods, so beware of bugs and poison ivy.

Personal Gear Required: Appropriate clothing (long pants or overalls are always a good idea), GOOD boots, HEAVY (leather palms at least) work  gloves. If in warm weather, bring bug spray. Tetanus shots must be up to date!

Skills Required: Not rocket science. Methodic and safe work habits.

Level of Difficulty: 2. Some tearing down of an old small rotted structures requires moderate demolition skill.

Time Requirements: The flight barn dump will take 2 people all day. More people = less work + more fun , bring friends. The other dumps are for work crews of no less than 4 people and might take 1 to 2 days each.

TRAC will Provide: Any tools required, trash bags, containers, wheel barrow.
